Award-winning images that capture the stunning beauty of birds
The annual Bird Photographer of the Year competition sees talented photographers from across the world enter stunning images of birds in the hope of winning a £5,000 ($6,350) grand prize. Last year, there were more than 20,000 shots submitted across eight categories with the winning photos showcasing our feathered friends' colour, determination and personality. Winners of the 2024 competition will be announced in September.
