Cheesy Buffalo Wing Pastry Delight

Cheesy Buffalo Wing Pastry Delight
Today we're working with chicken wings. Going to set this one aside for now. I've already detached this chicken from that piece. Just going to give that a crack. And then I'm going to come through with my scissors and I'm going to separate these two pieces just like, so set this one aside for now. And then with my scissors, I'm going to come through and cut the meat away from the bone inside. Now that we have that removed from the bone. And I just slide that out, set that aside, We'll come down. Just place this right here with the others. And I have some string cheese that I'm just going to cut right in half. And then we're going to take a piece of string cheese and put it into the center of each chicken wing where the bone was. And then I have some Buffalo spice. We're just going to put that on to taste. And then our oil is nice and ready. We're just going to and let them cook on all sides. Now that our wings are cooked, we're going to add our Buffalo wing sauce. Let that get nice and coated in there, give it a little shake. Move on to our next step. So we have some puff pastry that we're going to go through and cut into 16 pieces. All right, then we're going to transfer this over here and I have some bacon laid out also in 16 pieces. We're going to take them and just place it directly over the bacon, like so now I have some crumbled Bleu cheese that we're just going to spread out over just sort of randomly. And we have some chives that I'm just going to snip over the top as well. So now that we have our cheese and herbs on here, we're ready to add our chicken wings. So I've let the sauce simmer down and I've let these cool enough to handle because otherwise it's going to melt our dough and it's going to be really hard to move on to our next step. So we're going to take each one of these and roll the stuffed chicken wing up into the pastry and then pull it back into the circle and just repeat all the way around, pulling it back in line as we go. Now we can tuck these in later and don't worry if they're getting a little messy because we're going to add some more sauce, brush the tops of the pastry, and then we're ready to go to the oven. So we're going to bake this at 375 for about 20 to 30 minutes. So our Buffalo wing ring is ready. I've got some broccoli salad that I'm just going to add to the center here. Now we've got 1/2 of a red cabbage and some blue cheese dressing that we're going to add to the center here. Save a little bit for filling that up later. We have some diced bacon bits, few more blue cheese crumbles and some more fresh chopped chives.
