You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter. Almond butter is higher in healthy plant fats compared to peanut butter. Tahini is a nut-free substitute for peanut butter. It is made with sesame seeds. Sunflower butter and soy nut butter are also healthy nut-free swaps for peanut butter.
