Green energy is bringing about ‘industrial collapse’ for Germany
Menzies Research Centre Executive Director Nick Cater says the green energy transition has been “disastrous” for Germany.
Household power in Germany was the highest in Europe in the second half of 2023.
“They were the poster child of green energy ... every field it seems is covered in solar panels and windmills but it’s not doing the trick,” Mr Cater told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“It’s been a disaster for Germany and it's bringing about their industrial collapse.”
