‘This government is on thin ice’: Newspoll results show support for Labor faltering

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the Albanese government is “on thin ice” with Australians.

This comes as the latest Newspoll result showed support for the Labor Party faltering, with the government’s primary vote dipping just one point to 33 per cent.

“They’re primarily on thin ice because they haven’t lived up to the promises they made to the Australian people,” Mr Canavan told Sky News host Paul Murray.
